Grapefruit Ginger Mimosa

Don’t be fooled by this sour, spicy combo--delicious mint simple syrup (and a sweet kick, if you wish) achieves a perfect, flavorful balance.

How To

Simple Mint Syrup:

  • 1 part water
  • 1 part sugar
  • Handful of mint leaves

Mix:

  • 3 tbsp mint simple syrup
  • 1 part grapefruit juice
  • 1 part ginger beer
  • Top with Aarke seltzer
