Sparkling Cucumber Mint

This refreshing aperitif is just the thing to end a delicious meal or jumpstart your work day.

How To

Simple Syrup:

  • 1 part water
  • 1 part honey
  • 1 part mint leaves, loosely packed
  • Handful of basil leaves
  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced

Mix:

  • 2 tbsp cucumber mint syrup
  • 100ml lemon juice
  • Top with Aarke sparkling water

Spike with Gin

Garnish with cucumber slices
